During this difficult time, we wanted to share the steps we’re taking to help our customers & team and to provide reassurance that COVID-19 will not be impacting your orders:

UK Delivery Methods & Costs
We produce your cards demand (especially for you) from a Fulfillment centre in the UK. Once printed and despatched, they make their way to you via the below delivery methods:
Economy Delivery
- Arrives 3-5 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail (untracked)
- Costs Free
Express Delivery
- Arrives 2-4 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail (untracked)
- Costs £1.00
When will my item be dispatched?
Greeting Cards
- Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch in 2-3 working days
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We rely upon Royal Mail to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. 1st class isn’t a guaranteed delivery service and we can’t guarantee when you’ll receive your order. We recommend ordering at least 7 working days before the occasion to make sure you receive it in time and avoid any potential delays by Royal Mail.
Due to high demand, same-day dispatch is not available at the moment. Cards will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Sorry for any inconvenience.
